LIMIT OF 70 TOTAL GOLFERS.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

Four 9-hole events, play 9 holes, and re-pair after each 9 holes. 

Wednesday, October 15th - Practice Facilities open at 7:30 AM, Shotgun start at 9:30 AM with lunch included during the round, Todd and Tim Demonstrations afterward from 3:45 PM - 5:15 PM, Dinner 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM.

Thursday, October 16th - Practice Facilities open at 7:30 AM, Shotgun start at 9:30 AM with lunch included during the round, Awards Ceremony after completion.

ENTRY FEE:

• Level 5 - $750
• Level 4 - $900
• Level 3 - $1050
• Level 2 - $1200
• Level 1 - $1350
• Non-Member - $1500

This includes Two Rounds of Golf (Green Fees, Cart Fees, Unlimited Range Balls), Two Lunches, One Dinner, and Tee Gifts. Airfare and Hotel Rooms are not included. After registration, we will provide a list of recommended hotels in the area.

Wednesday box lunch and dinner is included and Thursday box lunch is included. We also have a limited number of tickets for a spouse/guest to attend the Wednesday dinner. If you would like to purchase an extra ticket. 

Format: 2-Day, 4-Man 9-Hole Scrambles.

Special Events: Big Break Challenge, BBQ Dinner, Ball Striking demo, Short Game demo

We will have Long Drive and Closest to the Pin contests only on the first day of the tournament.

Mulligans - 2 per player per day (4 total for the tournament) - $15 each or $50 for 4.

Cancellation Policy:

• If a player cancels, a 30-day notice before the event is required to receive a refund of the entry fee.

• If a player is a no-show, the entry fee is non-refundable.

• TOURNAMENT ENTRY IS NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER SEPTEMBER 15, 2025.
