SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: 

Wednesday, November 1st - Registration & Pairing Party Dinner 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Thursday, November 2nd - Practice Facilities open at 8:00 am, Shotgun starts at 10:00 am with lunch included during the round, Graves Golf Challenges from 3:00 - 6:00, 5:00-6:00 Cocktail Reception (Cash Bar), Dinner 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

Friday, November 3rd - Practice Facilities open at 8:00 am, Shotgun starts at 10:00 am with lunch included during the round, Awards Ceremony after completion.

We ask that all players attend both evening dinners, as we will have programming, speakers, and giveaways that you will not want to miss. 

ENTRY FEE: $1295.00 includes: Two Rounds of Golf (Green Fees, Cart Fees, Unlimited Range Balls), Four Drink tickets, Two Lunches, Two Dinners, and Amazing Tee Gifts, including shoes, shirts, hats, and much more.  Airfare and Hotel Rooms are not included. We will provide a list of discounted hotels in the area after registration.

Wednesday and Thursday dinners are included for the player. We have a limited number of tickets for a spouse to attend the dinner too. If you would like to purchase an extra ticket, make sure to choose that option. 

Format: 2-Day 4 Man Scramble with teams assigned at the Pairing Party on November 1st at 6 pm.

Flights: Flighted after round 1. Prizes for 1st and 2nd in each flight will be awarded. Flights and prizes are based on the field being full.

Mulligans - 2 per player per day (4 total for the tournament) - $10 each or $35 for 4

Cancelation Policy:

• If a player cancels, a 30-day notice is required to receive a refund of the entry fee.
• Thirty days before the tournament or if a player is a no-show, the entry fee is non-refundable.
